“User” — A natural or legal person who uses and/or accesses the services and content of the ProMakers® platform, with or without prior registration.
“Talent Seeker” — An individual or legal entity with the capacity to act and enter into contracts who, upon registration, may post their project so that interested Music Creators can apply to work on it and agree to an online transaction.
“Music Creator” — An individual or legal entity engaged in commercial activities as a business owner, independent professional, or self-employed individual who, following registration and document verification, is eligible to join the Music Creators community and interact with Talent Scouts.
“Service Offering” — A description on ProMakers® of the service offered by the Talent Search Platform, in connection with which a selection process for Music Creatives is initiated. This does not imply acting as an intermediary in the execution of a contract between the parties.
“ProMakers®” — The name under which the owner operates in commercial transactions as a provider of information society services.
“Transaction” — A service available through the platform that allows users to agree on, execute, and manage transactions with one another.
“Commission or Fee” — A fee paid to ProMakers® for its intermediary services, calculated as a percentage of the online transaction.
“Consumer” — The Talent Recruiter, in connection with the intermediary services provided by ProMakers®.
“Business Owner” — El Creativo Musical, with respect to the intermediary services provided by ProMakers®.
“Content” — A collection of software, technology, designs, materials, text, graphics, animations, audio and video clips, images, opinions, and other data subject to copyright protection.
Note — A single user may simultaneously hold the status of Talent Scout and Music Creator, provided they accept the Terms & Conditions and, where applicable, the specific terms associated with each role.
