How do you earn points?
There are many ways to earn points on Risoner, but here are some actions that clearly boost your growth:
Complete your profile: A complete profile builds trust and shows your professionalism.
Verification: Validating your identity and payment methods contributes to a secure environment for everyone.
Consistent participation: Staying active on the platform every month and working on projects regularly is key.
Successful collaborations: Highly rated projects and long-lasting customer relationships count for a lot.

What are the points for?
Your level within Risoner is directly linked to your score. The higher your level, the more visible you will be to new clients and the more tools you will be able to unlock over time. It's our way of highlighting the most committed and consistent creatives.
Do points expire?
Yes. Except for points earned for completing your profile and onboarding, all other points are valid for 12 months.
Example: If you earn points for a project in July 2024 and do nothing else, those points will expire in July 2025. If that leaves you below the threshold for your current level, you could drop down a level.
Are they updated automatically?
Yes, points are automatically added (or subtracted) as you perform certain actions or refrain from performing them for an extended period of time.
Progress tracking
From your dashboard, you can view:
- Your current level and progress toward the next one.
- Recommended actions to continue moving forward.
- Your active badges, which reflect milestones achieved (e.g., verified profile, featured projects, repeat clients).

Yes. If more than a year goes by without you doing any new activities, your activity points will expire.
